What a 1000paths report actually looks like.
One real report, anonymized. The trajectory card, the matched paths, the recommended sequence, the projected outcomes. Every number traces to our dataset — H-1B LCA FY2023 wages, BLS OES 2023, and 15,545 indexed career trajectories. The shape below is the shape you get.
The three moves the matched paths share.
- [01] · move+6 ptsBuild Employee Relations to a working level.
Present in 74% of matched VP of People paths. 6–8 weeks of focused work — a credential gap, not a skill gap.
- [02] · move+11 ptsLead a 50+ person reorg end-to-end.
Distinguishes Director profiles who advance from those who plateau. The exact threshold most matched paths cross before the VP move.
- [03] · move+14 ptsOwn org design for one full function.
The final signal that compresses the wait — the last thing most matched paths put on record before the VP move.
What the data says happens if you take the route.
Trajectory: Senior TA Manager → VP of People, the canonical frame used across the site. Matched paths (552), distinct prior roles (385), and external-move share (79%) come from the same source as the hero card: the 552 indexed profiles that actually reached a VP of People title, and the 544 of those with a recorded prior position. The +6 / +11 / +14 point deltas on the recommended moves reflect the score shifts our model produces when each signal is present in the matched-path subset. Names, employers, and identifying details are removed; the structure is unchanged.
Now do this for your trajectory.
90 seconds. No survey. No resume upload. The same shape you just read — drawn from your real moves against the 15,545 indexed trajectories.
